Obion Kanobion's Biography (During and after the events of A New Hope part 1)

Sorry for the delay but here it is, part 1 of the after the battle of Yavin section...Enjoy (Note: ABY stands for After Battle of Yavin)

During the Battle of Yavin his designation was Green 8, his squadron was one of the many sent to attack the Death Star, Greens 5, 10, and 1 were destroyed in the battle. Afterwards he joined the Rouge Squadron Academy (RSAca). After RSAca disbanded in 1.5 ABY, he joined the United League of Defense and quickly became part of its Jedi council. In 1 ABY he was promoted to Lieutenant in the Alliance to Restore the Republic’s military. After this promotion, he became a combatant in the Battle of Restuss on Rori. Although he was not present at Restuss when the star core overloaded, he became an important participant in the battle. He was a participant in the Battle of Hoth, during the battle he commanded Green Squadron in the offensive against the imperial AT-ATs. He claimed two AT-AT kills, once the shield generator blew, he received orders to retreat to the base and protect Alliance personnel evacuating the base. During the last phase of the battle, he and seven others were ordered to protect the evacuating transports from waves of imperial troopers. He succeeded in saving 4/6 of the transports.
